-> € 209 000 pre-tax price (or € 5 225 000 pre-tax price for works contracts), the contract notice must be published in the BOAMP (The Official Gazette of Public Contracts Announcements) edited by the Official Journal (OJ) and the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
